Curious to know if when you looked at a house did a tank affect the decision of the house you were going to buy? When I bought my house I don’t have any tanks but I like working on my cars so a usable driveway and garage affected our decision on what houses we would look at. And I feel now that if we were to look for another house it would affect my decision. I would like to go for a 180 or 200.

No and yes
We bought my current tank with no idea I was getting back into reefing.
We are currently(worse time, I know) looking to buy another. This one I want a finished basement with a walkout. Bigger tank, easy in/out.
