are you going to run this one and the 125g?
if so, i would do completely different things in one of them.
In this tank, i would have a TON of shrimp, macro algae, sea horses, pipefish, tiny goby/bleenies etc.
display macro algae refugium
apparently wrasses can be rude to one another
Dude is in an acclimation box now, looking good. I'm releasing him into the tank today. That sucks. Sorry for the loss. It didn't look good the way he was chasing him constantly. I think those are from the same sub-speices so it may have been impossible to mix. Check out this thread....

Thanks! I'm ordering my doser and some 2 part I suppose today. I'm still not certain what I should be dosing. I need to bring up the kh of the water, and I'd like to get to where I can keep some LPS corals soon. Need more fish as well, as my fuge is totally nuking any nitrates, so it's working great. I haven't run my skimmer since I got the fuge going. Might repurpose that skimmer to the 125 build.Just found your build thread and going to following along...
BTW - I read it all and am caught up.

Alas, such is life my friend.... we will see how the water reacts to an increase in livestock. It's not like the 125 is anywhere near ready for prime time. I'm in no rush at all. Thinking about a LA order today as well to get some more critters.Well, as your fish and coral stock grows you'll eventually need to employ a skimmer. But, alas, you already know this...
(I cannot believe I just used the word "alas"! What is happening to me ??? ;Wacky )

I always thought wrasseholes were the fish themselvesLooking good!
I saw "jackwrasses" in your post and thought of a new one for wrassehole.
Wrasskehole; someone who keeps wrasses and doesn't know what they're doing so they ask for help... but then they do not listen!
I always thought wrasseholes were the fish themselves
Ah, hahahahahYes, you are correct with wrasseholes. However, I said, "wrasskehole." So a wrassehole could, in fact, be owned by a wrasskehole!
