Hello. I am by no means an expert. It’s hard to tell as better pictures are needed. Some of the cells look like they have the beak protrusion on one end like Ostreopsis. Do you know what to do to treat them? Also post your water parameters.

Hi, I need some help I've been dealing with these forever and hopefully with your help I can try and eradicate these little buggers. They almost dissappear throughout the night, but by lights out my sand and a lot of my rock is covered in a blanket of them

Help with ID please. Doesn't look like osteopsis, at least I don't see a beak. My guess is prorocentrum. @taricha. Thank you in advance.

Thank you. Plan of attack:
- I've been dosing Neophos and Neonitro to get levels back up since they bottomed out
- Dosing silica, aiming for 1-2ppm, seachem test kit to confirm
- hooking up 40w pentair UV. System ~80 gallons. I know no ideal for this type but I have it so why not use it?
- Dosing phyto and copepods
- Daily vacuuming into 10 micron sock. I was doing it with 200micron but it seemed like so much was making it through the sock.
Wish me luck.

Are these Dino's or algae? They look green like algae under the microscope and the numbers are good. I never had 0 in either nitrate or phosphate.
