Fauna Marin has a product (Dino X or Ultra Algae X. I forget which one is still marketed.) that some have had success with. Others say hydrogen peroxide can be dosed to help. I tried both when I dealt with dinos and neither worked.
My last tank was overrun by dinos. I had very little diversity (90% dry rock) and I think that alone allowed the dinos to take over. They had very little competition because my system was too clean. This is my theory but I think I'm right. They killed SPS like crazy once their population started to get out of hand.
I ended up tearing that system down and starting over and it's going really well.
If you have access to a microscope, you can get a positive ID of which variety you have. That can also give you some direction.
Good luck. They are no fun.
