Oh, and not a lick o nothin like it in my fuge. Well it was a fuge, now it's just a second tank tied in as I broke down my 20Long and added the clowns to it. Excuse the glass, I haven't cleaned it in some time. Just cut the light on down there and thought it was worth noting.

One blue leg hermit banned from DT for munching on a snail. One astrea snail. Was a turbo but he's no longer with us. And 2 zebra hermits. Pair of osc clowns added yesterday.
Hmm
what is in there as in snails or crabs? This is interesting.

DT has about 30+ astrea, 20+ mixed hermit, tiger tail cuke, copepods, limpits, bristle worms, brittle stars, pair of emerald crabs, and a partridge in a pear tree. Lol

And some pep shrimp too. Skim pretty wet. Feed daily switch between PE mysis, Reef Frenzy, and sheet algae (only since added foxface). Spot feed corals maybe once a week with coral Frenzy and/or LPS pellets. Switched to every other day feedings on Friday to cut back any disguised nutrients until get this under control. Everyone is fat n happy.

And a pretty low bioload for as much rock as I have:
2 osc clowns
1 blue damsel
1 yellow tail damsel
1 banggai Cardinal
1 Royal gramma
1 coral beauty
1 blue spot watchman goby
1 foxface (new addition)
And the 2 clowns in the fuge

90 gallon DT, 10 gal in sump, 14 gal cube for fuge. About 150+# rock

Oh, and lighting on DT is 2 kessil a160 max out at 80%intensity and 20%color. 4xhot5, 2 Ati blue+, 1 coral+, and 1 purple+ (would the reds in the purple+ be a potential fuel as well?)

It just depends on what we find. Yes the "red" spectrum is great for photosynthesis.

Ok. I think the darkening of the tank today made it worse so going back to full load tomorrow. Oh and the other funny thing, my fuge gets 12-13hrs of mishmash spectrum light I can only assume because of bulb age and DT only gets 10, with 4 hours of full power of coral preffered coloration. Rest of the time is ramp up and down. Hahaha. Silly nature. Always throwing a loop.

So I'm FINALLY on the road to recovery. I suck and have not been able to get a sample out to Id it. However, I do know now chemiclean will wipe it out. I'm currently 24hrs in and about to hook my skimmer back up and put the carbon and chemipur back in the sump. It's a lil cloudy, which I assume is to be expected as it is probably full of the junk out of the sand and rock. Which was a lot. Will keep posted with updates and hopefully a clean n clear tank in next 72 hours after I do my water changes and whatnot tomorrow. All inhabitants and coral are fine with no signs of stress. I did areate with some wood stones while using as well. Very happy with this product.
