My starry blenny been doing fine until recently I noticed he's been hiding more than usual but still eating. Then last night I saw he had a pale belly area and looks like his ribs is showing. Could this be internal parasite or just normal ? TIA

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Tough to see clearly. If it is only on one side, then it isn’t normal, as anything on a fish there that is normal would always be symmetrical one side and the other.

It looks like there is a hole there?
