Disk missing? need help

I got my apex jr yesterday and it says it comes with a disk and I cant find the disk but I don't know if I really need that or not.

Im not an apex user but is there a downloadable file from them?

It came with a card on how to get started but Im not going to set it up until I get my internet cable so I can have a direct contact

You can program it from the display module, but that is a PITA.

I didn't really want to program it from that because I didn't really plan on using the display at all and from what ive heard and you just said its a pain haha
