Hi,
Been away from the hobby for more than 20yrs. Man how things have changed.
Did a lot of different things in this hobby back then. Lived in South Florida so had access to a lot of stuff. I've bred Discus & Bettas. Collected my own live stock and seawater and started an aquarium business to support my hobby.
Now living here in NC and having a 7yr. old that keeps asking for a fish like Nemo I've decided to get wet again.

WELCOME back Jim, definitely a Night-n-Day difference from 20 years ago and far less in reality. Just looking back 7-10 years before all the great SW Forums like R2R were what they are today. The other huge change has been in lighting (LED) and prop style powerheads with huge GPH and low power consumption (Hydor, EcoTech, Tunze and now Jebao)
