DIY drop algae scrubber?

Wondering if any one knows of a DIY method for recreating an algae Scrubber similar to the Santa Monica drop. Would like to squeeze one into the second chamber of my Biocube 29.

We will be releasing a line of waterfall scrubbers for the bio cubes soon if you want to go with something more efficient.

If you just put the LEDs into epoxy, and use gravel in epoxy for the screen, you will have it.
