the electronics technician didn't solder it properly and probably shorted out some leds. Is there a connector that can be soldered more easily and to not have this problem of wires coming in short when they bend?
White looks to be shorted.
Best bet would be to use solid copper wire in like 20-22 gauge.
Bending will still be an issue but not the same issue.

Cat 6 23 ga. wire should work best.

Thought you were putting 4 in series?

Acabei de fazer um teste se ligaria o disco de leds. melhor será em série, isso?
OK, just be careful not to wreck the pads with the solder/un-solder cycle.
Also make sure they are at least on the heat sink. The diodes can heat pretty rapidly and get damaged.

How to solve the voltage peak problem on the electronic board when the board is connected to the source? I'm worried about burning the board.

I did a test with just a disk of LEDs connected to the DDLs, as I still can't dim the intensity of the LEDs, they stayed in full spectrum 100% on all channels. Then there was a doubt... the aluminum heatsink got too hot. I believe that this happened because it was without a cooler and at 100% of the light intensity.

I can put power supply of 48V and 2 A to two board of leds This Radeon Clone?
Err but difficult to understand but if you are referring to 2 of those in series, the largest channels are 14 volts so 2 x 14 = 28
Then add the differential of 3-4 volts.
32v or larger power supply.

You will only be able to put 2 in series.
You could run them in 2 x2 series/ parallel but that just splits the current

Now as to current...
W = V x A.
Calculate it for each channel and add

Well, she's mostly cleaned and buttoned up. Final load out is 8 Blue (700ma), Royal Blue (700ma), Cool White (350ma), 4 Mint (1A) 8 Violet (700), 3 HyperViolet (700), 4 395nm (700), 2 amber (700ma).

Now need to sort out getting pwm, gnd, and power to the fixture. I'm thinking cat6 for pwm, problem is I need 9 conductors to run 8 channels one to carry gnd :confused:. Easiest solution I suppose is to link two of the channels into one, maybe Blue and Royal Blue or Violet and HyperViolet.

As for connectors, maybe back to aviation connector for power and I suppose Cat5/6 for pwm signal.

14 (3*2)+ 7(2*2) + 2.6(1*2)+ 4.6(1*2)
* .700
2.19A
88.48w.
2.46A

36v 100watt(2.78) power supply
2 pucks in series 7 channels each channel at 700mA.

Your driver board only has 5 channels
However you do it . You add the voltages up of each led in the strong times the drive current.
That will get you the watts per string.
Add the watts up to get the size of the power supply.

Neither the LEDs nor the driver board are very taxing on a power supply.
Actually all are quite passive.

If the power supply blew it was either at end of life or poorly constructed..
