I recently added two new fish around a month ago and all was looking fine, my light desynced from wifi so my lights only just turned on now, so cant tell whether the white spots on my wrasse is ich or just its mucus sack as it seems like it has a but of a slime coat as well can anyone tell, there are also some small white dots on my other fish

I don’t know what a mucus sack looks like.

How to Treat Tropical Fish with White Spot Disease (Ich)

Ich, also known as white spot disease, in fish is characterized by small, white spots resembling salt crystals on the body and gills. Affected fish may also exhibit behavioral changes like flashing (rubbing against objects), hiding, and lethargy, as well as respiratory distress and loss of appetite

Very often, diagnosis from visible clues just isn't possible. I can see the white mucus spots you are describing. Those can be caused by ich, but can also be caused by flukes. Do you see any white spots on the clear portions of the fins? If so, that points to ich over flukes.

Oodinex doesn’t really work well against ich, how long until the copper arrives and what brand and what test kit do you have?

Have to ask. How is the wrasse swimming and breathing? Is he eating just fine? Any tank aggression? Tank parameters all good?

What I know having had a Naoko is they are finicky fish to keep.
