I'm looking for a 1.5" bulkhead that is solid instead of hollow. The image below is a standard bulk head. Does anyone make them so they can plug holes?

Maybe a plug is what you're looking for?

For me I feel if you glue with pvc glue it permanent I have been using reef safe silicone instead of glue and I let dry over night. This way if I need to I can use pliers and twist plug out and reuse bulkhead in future

All good ideas.... and will probably end up having to use a threaded plug.... but was wondering if they made a solid bulkheads for this purpose.

I need to seal 4 x 1.5" holes in the bottom of a 300 gallon glass tank.

Ooh that scares me. Definitely go sch80 or better yet have a big piece of glass cut and siliconed over the whole bottom of the tank

Just buy glass and aquarium silicone the glass to the holes.. that’s been done before quite a few people here on r2r posted it..

Heck I think I asked the same question like 2 years ago because I wanted to add a ghost overflow and bean method

It is a Marineland 300 Deep that I am setting up as a peninsula. I would much prefer to use a solid, single piece bulkhead but have not been able to find any. I guess a threaded plug in a threaded bulkhead is the next best thing.

I will be adding more holes... :) but to one of the sides for a Synergy Shadow Overflow.

Legit was going to do the same thing lol just glue the holes with some glass
