Is there any harm to the shrimps when they clean your hand?

Whenever I stick my hand in the tank for something, immediately my cleaner shrimp will start cleaning my hand. I don’t really mind just not a fan of the feeling.

Doesn't matter if I let them or not. If my hands are in the tank they want to be on me cleaning. I flick them when they get too close to my nails because that just irritates me. I own cuticle scissors, I don't need them eating them off.
