Hi so I got home to feed my dwarf lionfish and noticed he had some white bumps all over his body (pictures attached). Is this ich and if it is how should I go about treating it. (He is in a QT tank)

It doesn't look like ich to me (admittedly, it is difficult to tell from the pictures).

If it is ich, treatment with copper while in QT will wipe the ich out.

Pictures are hard to see. Are the spots raised almost like salt gain pimples under the skin?

What are your water parameters?

How long have you had the fish and was he QT?

Did you add anything new recently to your tank?

As @jasonrusso said those bumps are normal markings. Ich is very difficult to diagnose on fuzzies, because of the fuzzy nature of their coat. Many times lions will just shed and slough off any attempt for ich to stick to them. Feed well and keep good water quality, a healthy lion will defeat any attack of ich without treatment. Other than letting it ride, i've never seen a lion survive long after any attempt to treat with any methods being used today.
