Does my firefish have ich?

so i noOticed these white tiny tiny dots all over my firefish. It had these before but went away after a day... is this ich??? Hes eating and moving around fine! He actually eats a lot

No, any medication that you use for the treatment will kill your CUC and corals and will be absorbed into the sand and rock so any future inverts or corals you add down the road will also die. It's best to remove him and treat him in separate tank.

Use metroplex, and focus with you frozen food. I also mix in some vitamin m, garlic oil and amino acid with the frozen mix. You can treat in the tank this way. There is also a product from these guys link that I have not tried that also treats ich in the tank.

What he said is your best bet if you are not able to quarantine.

It does indeed look like ich. The only way to cure the fish and get ick out of the tank is to QT and go fallow in the display for 76 days. Anything else you do, while it may help him live with ich, it will still be in the tank and not cured. You'll see it again.
