Does this look alive?

One of my acros doesn’t seem to have polyps anymore, but it’s hard for me to tell because they are so small and my eyes suck. But even their pictures are throwing me for a loop. Just want the experts help. I don’t want to pull it if it’s still alive. It is still fluorescent under blues but even that’s hard to tell.

It does look gone.
Does anyone else see these things?
Stars or spiders? Or my imagination?

It’s funny when you can nurse one coral back from sure death but lose another. This was the second hammer I got, and it stressed after I dipped it. Looked like this 3 weeks later:

I got some coral love and LPS amino acids from Korrallen Zucht and it worked wonders. This is it now (early morning, not open yet) and it now has 3 heads.

That’s deader than dead.

Don’t listen to others and leave it in there. Toss it. Your eyes didn’t fool you, it’s gone.

Like others have said some times corals just don't make it.
I would just leave it and see what it does. I have had some recover and others not in an otherwise healthy system.
YES!!!! I thought I had completely bleached a leptoseris....1 year later started growing again, but a different color. It is now about 1/2 inch

I thought this Acro was toast when it arrived. It has made a nice comeback since.

Well right, but that one has tissue on it.

Everyone who keeps SPS treats this as normal. It goes into temporary revolt until it realizes "Oh, this tank isn't so bad" and then starts growing again.

The example coral just flat out left the building and nothing is bringing it back.

Oh yes....... that coral was way dead for sure.
