Does Vibrant always work for bubble algae?

Hi;
Sorry but i have another question about Vibrant if someone could please answer me.
I starting dosing vibrant 4 weeks ago and the bubble algae is starting to go clear and melt away Fantastic but i have now noticed that there is more growing.
Is this normal and it will all go away eventually ?

Hi Everybody,
Really sorry to be a pain but yet another question about Vibrant.
I have been dosing it now for 4 weeks and the bubble algae is starting to go clear and melt away. This is fantastic but i have noticed that there is new bubble algae forming.
Is this normal like the storm before the calm.
Any reply would be really helpful thanks.
