Trying to see if someone has already figure out a solution to my problem. I have a bubble magus dosing pump that uses silicone tubing to go from dosing pump to sump. The sump has built in 1/4" push-lock bulkheads for tubing (like RO/DI tubing). So I need a connector that goes from the silicone tubing to the RO/Di tubing. Any suggestions?

You would be surprised how well the silicon tubing works with the rodi fittings. I have been using silicon tubing and rodi connectors for almost 8 years without a problem with my dosing pumps on multiple tanks. I would not use it for the high pressure of an rodi system though. You can find the barb to rodi connector at US Plastics if that is the way you want to go.

Oh really? The silicone tubing that came with the doser is way to small to stay in the fitting. Maybe I need to look for some different tubing. That would certainly be the easy way if it would just click into the fitting.

Here are some pics. It's a very clean way to do it.
