When the time comes for me to leave town for a week, is it possible to pre-add my two-part to the RODI so as auto top-offs occur it doses the Ca, Mg, etc with it? My tank is 30 gallons, so I'd assume small incremental top offs would happen every day or two. I'm ordering the Tunze Osmolator Nano today.

Two-part mixed together in freshwater will precipitate heavily. If you're concerned about Ca/Alk levels falling, just use kalkwasser in the ATO. Before you leave get your magnesium levels where they should be and just forget about it, they shouldn't fall out of range in that amount of time.
