Let me tell you my experience with Dr. reef. To start, any question that I had he answered promptly, and in full detail with patience and kindness. His answers were extremely thorough!
As far as ordering goes, he updates you on every part of the process from when something is being quarantined to what dates you would like stock shipped to when you would like your stock shipped! I had to go out of town, he took that into consideration, and worked with me as to when he could send things so that I would be there to ensure the safety of the animals.
As far as packing goes, Dr. reef was beyond diligent of not only the packing of these creatures, which showed up in a lovely insulated cooler with tiny heat packs, but also the weather throughout the country to ensure the actual creatures safety and to ensure that they would be delivered on time.
I ordered some cleanup crew, and could not find the correct kind of shells, out of kindness he even sent me extra shells for them.
Every part of the process was amazing and he was amazing and humble. He truly cares about the well-being and safety of everything he handles. Down from the weather, to personal concerns, to all of the questions- Dr. Reef goes above and beyond. I’m looking forward to ordering all of my fish from him next as I truly could not be more pleased with how he handled every step.
Honestly, I wish there was a place where we could donate money to fund his continuation of the quarantining in the Hobby because he is truly beyond hard working and deserves all the credit! Dr. Reef is a true gem! <3
