Hi there! I’m writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I’ve received from Dr. Reefs, a vendor who stands out in a sea (no pun intended) of vendors.

I’ve consistently had a fantastic experience with everything I’ve purchased from Dr. Reefs. While I reside in the same city, so my orders don’t require shipping, I can say that my fish are always packed securely as if they were to be shipped.

95% of the time, the fish arrive in pristine shape and immediately start pecking on rocks and swimming around in my tank. Even wrasses, which often take a few days to acclimate, are swimming gracefully as soon as I introduce them.

On a few occasions, Dr. Reefs has held back orders for an additional week or two due to inconsistent feeding. I appreciate this proactive approach, as it ensures that when I finally receive the fish, they are voracious eaters, ready to feast on their food.

Although there have been a small handful of instances where I’ve encountered issues, they have always been more than adequately addressed. Dr. Reefs consistently demonstrates a commitment to providing exceptional care and support, which is why I have become a loyal customer and only purchase my fish from him.
