Dragon Soul bailout but the Soul still present

Two head Dragon Soul torch lost all of its tentacles but the mouth grabbers/feeders still come out to eat from water column.
Have anyone had this happen and will the tentacles regrow from the two existing heads or will I have to wait until new heads grow?

I think those are barnacles you see there, the Torch looks fully bailed to me.

Second barnacles. Sorry for your loss. Probably part of the issue that caused it to bail.

just my 2 cents, and no offense meant, but your tank looks brand new. Torches are a more "sensative and advanced" coral, better suited for a more mature tank and more experienced hobbyist, especially since they cost so much.
