Anyone here in central Florida that can drill a 50 gallon low boy tank for a sump and a return? I have no idea what I’m doing and I don’t want to ruin the tank
A shame I’m on the opposite coast!

Would you consider getting a sacrificial tank to learn how to drill glass on so you could drill your lowboy yourself?

Check with reputable glass shops and even get referral from World wide corals

Welcome to R2R! The greatest community out of water. I’m not much help as I’m in Colorado but I’ve drilled many tanks successfully in the past. Water, diamond bit, putty and no pressure!

Potentially if I can’t find anyone to do it.

It's honestly not too bad as long as you go slow and think of it as grinding away the glass rather than drilling. It was nerve-wracking for me the first time, but using a sacrificial 10g isn't a bad idea at all if you can't find anyone local to help.

Welcome to R2R!

Just like @Utubereefer said, you can do it! It is scary but once you have the first one done, you will relax. When I drilled my 40b I was scared. Use an old aquarium or buy one that is used to practice.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!!! You have several great local fish stores including WWC, Living Reef, and others that are local so those would be good places to start!
