Drip Acclimation?

Does anyone just put their fish straight into a 5 gal bucket and start dripping? Or would it be better to float first and then into the bucket?

Yea as long as the salinity in the bag and your tank are the same

Pierce the bag with a syringe draw a sample adjust the salinity to match bag while it floats release into qt tank.

Even if not doing a full qt gives you days to adjust to your tank instead of minutes.

I drip acclimate for 30 min., scoop them out with my hand and into the tank they go.
