Driver for just two leds?

Trying to build an Upflow Algea Scrubber with two Philips Luxeon Rebel ES 660nm Deep Red LEDs but have no idea what to look for in a driver. Ideally water resistant and must be as small as possible as space is limited. Please help

To this I would add Cree XT-E Royal Blue.

The 450nm is a grow spectrum for plants. That said its not a good idea to mix different types of LEDs on a single driver.
