Have you had to trim it much, or is that the total growth? They grow pretty fast in all lighting it seems, and yours sounds like pretty hefty lighting with the MH and T5.

Constantly breaking off pieces, it likes to throw shade;Stig It's crazy to see how much skeleton is underneath it from years of growth.

Our new asterina destroyer! After looking at pics of how many utter chaos we used to have and pulling more asterinas off the zoas as well, we decided to try out this harlequin shrimp. Actually looks really cool

They do look very cool. Wishing luck to your brittle stars that he goes on an asterina binge first!!

At this point we have to risk it. We just can't keep up with them. My wife has removed hundreds in just the last month and it hasn't made a dent. Hopefully he can add some help to the battle. Pulled some asterinas of the blue hornets. Those are the slowest growing zoas we have.

Yeah, I agree. Brittle stars are a small price to pay to rid the rest.

So far so good man. He definitely likes them. Between the harlequin and my wife I think this battle might turn in our favor ;Hilarious
