Simple math would suggest if you plan on doing it every "3-5 days" that you are overdue :p

If your phosphate is in PPM, it is very high! It's also quite interesting that you have nitrate (0) and nitrite (0.25). Is it a new tank that you are cycling?

Attached are some recommended tank parameters.

Here's what I test:

Daily:
- Alkalinity (Hanna)

Weekly:
- Calcium (Red Sea)
- Magnesium (Red Sea)
- Phosphate (Hanna)
- Nitrate (Hanna)
- Salinity (Milwaukee)

By-Weekly:
- pH (Hanna)

3-monthly:
- Triton ICP

Nitrate is low, and I'd look into raising it to prevent dinos.

Looks like it's going the right mate; it's cycling for sure with your nitrates now going up!
