Yes those are babies. No need to do anything. Mine started with 5 heads 1.5yrs ago and now this is what she looks like. 34 heads.

Mine started with two heads a little over a month ago. It’s now got four.

Nothing you need to do. It already “had them”

They will grow and get larger. You could feed them

I would start boiling a lot of water and get a lot of towels asap!
