Hey everyone, so I just recently had to qt my tank due to a fluke outbreak. After getting everyone through two rounds of prazi pro and a couple days of no symptoms. I noticed my dusky wrasse was having issues with his side right behind his pectoral fin. Upon further inspection it looks like there is an issue between his scales and it somewhat looks bacterial. What should I do?

Difficult to see clearly - could be bacterial, could be Uronema. Aside from that lesion, how is the fish? Feeding still? Swimming o.k.?

He’s swimming around fine and eating. He keeps that pectoral fin tucked away over it though.
Hmmm, I still don’t see a clear diagnosis, and I don’t like to guess with other people’s fish(grin). If it is Uronema, it probably can’t be cured. So - your choices would be a broad spectrum gram negative antibiotic, or do nothing for now.

Thanks. Currently there is no red in the spots where the problems are, it looks mostly like he rubbed into something or my tang got into a fight with him and his mark got infected, but I find it weird that his pectoral fin right over where the spot is also has an opaque section on it as well. I’m still new to learning all the potential infections and diseases so anything helps.
