Dying Atlantic blue tang please hep

Hey guys… I have a 55 gallon that is a year old and all the parameters for testing is normal- the nitrates nitrites ph mg alk ca salinity…. I added a oriental sweet lips and now my Atlantic blue tang is breathing heavy on the sand bed - what should I do?

I don't see any obvious marks on it. Could that fact that you have that fish in a 55 gallon tank, when it should be in 120g or larger tank be the issue???

A 4 second video wont show much. First recourse is to change 20% water and add aeration via air stone.

- Did you by chance add Bag water to the tank ?
- What test kits are you using and what is Ammonia-nitrate-ph and salinity ?
How is sweetlips doing ?
