I'm looking for a food that new anthias that spit out flakes and pellets will actually eat. They love frozen mysis and other frozen, but I'm looking for suggestions on a food that:

1. I can put in the tank without having to lift my screen. (This is hard because when my canopy closes it locks the screen down on top of my tank. Then I have the auto feeder on the rim of the screen so have to take that off, etc.)
2. New wild anthias will eat it
3. Refrigerated is okay but non refrigerated would be preferred.

So far I'm leaning towards ROE by Reef Nutrition. I can open the door on the canopy (instead of lifting it up) and just squirt it through the screen and I'm pretty sure the anthias will eat it. Any other suggestions?
