Eb8 won't power outlets

This may be too basic but it's the one problem I ran into with my new apex:

Are you trying to control via Fusion? I wasn't able to control my EB8 at first. Had to go to system > net setup > apex fusion setup > toggle "control" to on.

For whatever reason mine was set to off. Once I made this change control via fusion worked perfectly.

Edit: saw you said you were trying to use fusion. Maybe this will work...

Yeah I had to do that as well
