Ecoray LEDs

Anyone have the Ecoray LEDs? I have 2 of the 112D and 2 of the 60D. I have sent a couple of them back numerous times because one half of the blues, just stop working. It has happened again and I am getting no response from Ecoray. I need to know if anyone may know how to fix this problem so I can get my light working again. Both sets of blues are on the same power cord and driver. Thanks for any help.

I have an Ecoray 60D where the white lights stopped working. Half of them would flicker on but within a day they all stopped. I took the back off hoping it was a wiring issue that was an easy fix. I switched around the wires and tryied running the lights on the other transformer but they still would not work. The blue lights worked on both for me so I know it was not a bad transformer. So I guess it has to be something beyond the sealed up part of the unit. If you figure it out please let me know as I would like to fix it if possible. I just replaced it with a Ecoxotic SPS panorama Pro.

I think they are set up like christmas lights if one goes bad the entire string wont work. Good luck finding the bad one.

you guys might want to contact Under water world(it's best to call them), they are the distributor for Ecoray. They fixed my 60D when i used to have it. BUCKSFAN is right, they are set up like christmas tree lights, if one go out the entire set go out. Also only the blues are connected to the fan, if you run whites only you will have a problem.

I finally got a reply. My lights are out of warranty, but they are going to replace my unit. I do have to send a check for $49 though.
