Anyone know if the power brick is the same for all MP pump models? (10/40/60)? Specifically is the physical size the same?

Can't speak for the MP60 but the MP40 and MP10 power supplies are not the same size. The MP10 is 2"x 4.5", the MP40 is 2" x 5". I would assume that would mean the functionality is not the same either.

.. you do know you can use any equivalent DC power supply. When I mean equivalent is as long as voltage match and power output(Watts or Amps) is the same or more - you're golden
if you have a few pumps and hate bricks get a 40$ 100-200W mean-well psu and wire all pumps to it. I would not be surprised if meanwell psu would be of better quality (cleaner power) and more efficient (less heat) then original bricks.

Edit: there are Meanwells psu with built in battery backup feature - connect your own battery of the size you want.

My MP60 power supply is bigger in all 3 dimensions than my MP40.

Thanks everyone for the replies, info noted, not all the same!
