Pretty sad to find both of my MP-10’s had a cracked shaft, and one was rusting.

One was 2021 in age and one was brand new.

Check your VORTECH pumps!

And yes, I have recently started using that lube that EcoTech uses to prolong the life of the pump heads

Yeah i agree. Ive been through 4 wetsides in 10 years. Not bad at $50/each though. Currently swapping and cleaning each month. The older one has a hairline crack but still good. Use a lot of lube.

Molykote 111. I lube the shaft, and the base where the mag sits and spins. Also make sure theres a dab of lubricant at the tip where the shaft goes into the cage.
