I have a gen3 xr30 that I have over my tank. The tank is a mixed reef. But I’m just looking a good setting for the light

What intensity would I use right now I’m at 50% using ab+

I think im at 60% or 70%

Ive had the same setting for like 5 months now. PLanning on upping it in the near future
