Is there a way to edit Xentrader feedback I've left for a seller? After leaving negative feedback, the seller decided to make things right and resolve the issue. I'd like to update my negative feedback or remove it and add a different rating.

Is there a way to edit Xentrader feedback I've left for a seller? After leaving negative feedback, the seller decided to make things right and resolve the issue. I'd like to update my negative feedback or remove it and add a different rating.

I am sorry, but there is not. We do not allow deletion of feedback as there have been incidents in the past where a bad seller would extort a buyer to change their feedback before they would agree to corrective action. Therefore, we have a blanket policy to not allow feedback edits or deletion.
However, you are able to leave another review which could reflect your updated experience and current satisfaction.
