Hi all,

I am wondering from others experience what are visual and other side effects you have seen on coral if the lighting Spectrum is changed frequently?

With the ability now to customize those spectrum sliders, we have all heard not to play with them too often. I am just curious the negative effects you all have noticed in doing so.

I think it would depend on how frequent and how drastic the changes. Corals are resilient, but they prefer stability. I'd imagine that continual changes would result in less than optimal growth, but I can't speak from experience. I'm pretty solidly a set it and forget it kind if guy.
