Hello, I'm Mike,
I have a 100 gallon LPS dominated reef tank.
In it I have 3 Elegance corals, all purchased together half an year ago.
One remained just as it was when I got it.
One still expands just as much vertically and horizontally but more narrow than it was when I got.
But one in the past few weeks has completely shrivelled... it expands to maybe 10% of what it used to open up to, looking very skinny.
No discharge of any kind.
Water parameters are all normal except alkalinity which is 12Dkh. Nitrates around 10.
All other coral are doing great.
For feeding I broadcast red sea Ab+ twice a week.
I tried doing a 50% water change but it had no effect on the coral that shrivelled.
Placing it in calmer flow and lower light didn't effect it either.
Any ideas on how to maybe help it recover?
what could be wrong with it?
