Hi everyone, i just looked in my tank and saw that my elegance coral looks like its peeling off what should i do to save it?

At that point unfortunately nothing much you can do, possibly dip the coral...... All the Elegance that I have had that receded like that were doomed...
:(
 
I have one that bailed off the skeleton 8-9 months ago. Put it in a low flow spot it still opens and feeds I was told it might regrow sleleton....maybe...but for now it lives.

Unfortunatly no it did not sorry for not commenting back earlier. (Here is where i would normally put an excuse but there really isnt one) it died about a week later.[emoji24]

Luckily for me it was only a 30-40 dollar coral and they are pretty common in Australia. Still a sad thing to happen.
Huh, so your problem probably wasn't the disease. Did you find a parameter issue to blame? Did yours float around a bit before dieing?

Yeah it was a parameter issue i wasnt able to change enough water a once for a while. So im the only one to really blame.[emoji24]
