For the sand, do you have the package it came in? Normal doesn’t really tell us much.. is it shiny or matte?

Matte. I do not have the package the sand came in. The sand has been in the tank for 2 years and I dont keep packaging material for more than a week

You can use products like chemipure for phosphates, (this will drop them incredibly fast, so do so slowly) seeing previous comments you should leave it on the lower side of both and stop moving it, you will just make the situation worse

For that amount, I would seriously suggest some salt and water for a water change.

You mentioned in the other thread you had a cloudy water episode that raised up your nitrates. That was a bacterial bloom and really the only way to tackle it is through a big water change or UV.

How big is the tank that water and salt would cost more? Honestly don’t think you can maintain this hobby doing 0 water changes when you are at 50 ppm right now. The next accident (bacteria bloom, fish death, failed heater, etc) will be the end of your tank if you can’t do water changes

70 litres but salt is really expensive. I will try to do something about the nitrates. But, I also dont know how to do water change. How much salinity new water if doing 50% water change

For a 50% water change, you would drain and dump 35 liters of water, and add in 35 liters of the new water.

There are salt calculators online for mixing seawater, but you can just follow the directions on the package.

You can then measure the salinity to confirm. Do you have something to measure salinity with?

Even if you could somehow stop the infection, putting it back into your tank will kill it anyways.

I think your best bet is to throw it away before it increases your nitrates even further

Not sure why you keep asking for ways to save the coral.

We gave you the solution: lower the nitrates, and practice the dip.

Former being easy with a simple water change

If you are unwilling to do either, then there is nothing more/new you can do for the coral

Did not do water change. Just cleaned the tank real well. Waited an hour or so. Did water test and amazing results. No idea what actually happenned. No3 is 2.5 and po4 is 0.25. Still a bit high but good improvements.

Second pic looks to be a polyp bailout or loss tissue. Did not clean near the frogspawn.
