Salinity and mag are a little low. Also no nitrate reading.

Phosphate at .5 is a BIG problem. I'm going to guess your nitrate will be either super high or 0.

prob around a 20-30% water change while you wait for the new tests to come in, why run the salinity so low at 1.023 though, just curious?

I'll do at 15 gal water change it's a 75gal tank the salinity ive been going off the apex and it says it's good I usually try to stay around 1.025 I guess the apex can't be trusted it says I'm at 1.026

The only thing I trust is a refractometer with calibration fluid

From reading so many threads I have to agree with the trend here. Stability is often more imported than any number. Even the values we all go for are so many multiples higher than corals home base in the ocean so it’s not like we’re at all able to equal that. Enjoy that what you’ve got going works.

Hmm. Should I decrease my phosphate? It's at .2... everything is thriving and colors are improving
My PO4 meanders between .1 and .2 and that is about the time I hit the tank with Tropic Marin Elimi Phos (lanthanum chloride) at the recommended dose level. General sets my PO4 back to .1 or a tad more.

Having been through dinos a few times, I don't go any lower.

pH of 7.8 is a bit low too...shoot for something above 8.0, at least. Move slowly though, as with most anything in this hobby.

Sorry for your troubles.

Did you get a nitrate number yet? I have found that when one nutrient gets out of whack high, the other can suffer the reverse. I don't understand the mechanics of it but it seems very common.

It is going to take a while to get your PO4 down safely. And it should take a long time to avoid shocking your remaining sticks. GFO will certainly do, but I personally feel more comfortable with liquid (diluted) lanthanum chloride. I use Tropic Marin but any aquarium brand will do. It is easier to dial IME.
