thinking of adding an emperor angel to my tank. I know that acans and blastos could be lunch but how about gonopora? Depends on each fish? A buddy of mine orders wholesale and a juvi emperor angel is only $25. Almost too hard to pass up.
Thanks
Jeff

It’s going to be a 50/50. $25 is a steal though !!

I have an emperor. It ate 2 of my 12 goni/alveo collection. For some reason, he ate only 2 and does not bother the others.

have 2 goni's here, mine has not caused any damage on either but i'm sure he's probably had a taste of them by now.
ric's mine will also eat, shrooms as well, zoa's was gone long ago, nennie i had to take out before he devoured it.
He's getting close to being exported himself, Not a fully changed adult, but its like he has to be sticking something in his gob 24/7

A friend of mine has an adult in his growout frag tank and it will grunt at him when it gets hungry. such a beauty. I love the blue girdled but they are harder to find and a good price. There are some on buddies price list for $55 which is great but they are only available in large size which I am guessing would be 4-6 in.

My missus has gone & answered the door thinking someone was knocking on it several times till she wised up it was him grunting :)
