Hello, I'm new to this, I really enjoy the community! So much information out there... I want to build an entertainment type stand, where my tank is on visible from the front. It will have a 75 inch tv above it, and a partial flip up lid on it. I'm thinking of building a slide out with casters, so I can easily access the tank whenever I need to. I guess my question is, do u people think I'm crazy? Lol

Welcome to R2R and the salty world. It sounds like an interesting and ambitious project. Good luck with it. Not something I would dare to do myself especially with a tv above it and the weight of the tank to be moved.

First for the most part tv are cheap and replaceable.

I’d look at all in one with glass top and have it lower/closer to coffee table height.

But if a moving tank is what you want I’d do more of a stand on industrial rollers idea. If they can move a rocket/space ship you can move a tank full of water.

Wait a minute; you want to roll a fully functioning tank around on casters?

Yes, I do think you're crazy. :face-with-tears-of-joy: ;)
