I have a question for anyone who has placed a Monti next to a Duncan. Will the Monti encrust over the Duncan's skeleton and kill it? I have a fast growing Red Monti that is getting very close to my nice Duncan and need to know if its time for the Duncan to move. I also have a gorgonian nearby and hope that the Monti doesn't decide to climb up its skinny stem. Any answers would be fantastic!

I'd move it or trim the monti , trimming the monti may be a good plan since you can grow another colony.

Likely since alot of sps corals pack a sting when it come to other corals.

  • Not at all. Feeding demands don’t limit my stocking choices
