Yes, I thought so as well :).

An interesting thought: would they have been able to do this if reef tank hobbyists hadn't figured out over several decades how to keep and grow SPS in tanks? :cool:

Awesome read, I’m glad hybridization is working for them and I hope to hear of progress and success in the near future. It’s quite sad to think my children will be living in a world potentially without coral reefs and all that life forms that benefit from it directly and indirectly.

I’ve seen where they’ve “planted” corals in the ocean. I thought that was awesome. But this up’s it a notch.
