Eshopps HOB Skimmer 100

So - any types on how to slow down the amount of foam - although producing skim, it isn't a dark, thick skim. I find myself having to empty the cup daily because the cup is 1/2-3/4 filled. I have tried to search solutions and can't find any that seem to work. HELP!

did yours come with the effluent adjustment standpipe?

around 3:30 of the video it shows installation. you would want to make sure that is fully open to get the lowest level in the body of the skimmer (less skimmate), then turn to adjust the level upward to you skim preference.
