Yeah! First time I heard of the new job . Good for you . It gave you a couple of days off .

Sorta. I was 4-10s with Fridays off so Friday is my normal day off already. I put in close to 50 hours this week which is normal for me. Worked until almost 4 yesterday (my normal end of day) after working until 5:30 on Wednesday.

Now my new schedule is 4 days of "whenever you need to work, we're flexible around here"...

Well at least you have a job to go to . I felt bad cause I didn’t know you had the job waiting on Monday . It’s tough to lose a job at anytime and it makes it worse when it’s before Christmas.

I was offered a position with a neighboring city back on October 30th. Background check cleared on Veteran's Day and I officially was offered a start date of December 15th. I turned in my 4.5 week notice on November 12th and chaos ensued beginning on November 13th. We officially got the small half of the chaos wrapped up last week on Tuesday or Wednesday. The other bigger half is scheduled for the first week of January after ADOT comes back from there blackout period. Crisis averted, at least for the temporary.

Yep! I got a pink one for the 8 and a yellow one for the 70 a little over a week ago. The yellow one finally started opening two nights ago. Pink one gets fluffy but hasn't opened fully yet.

Oof, I grew up watching my grandfather spend literally thousands of dollars a year playing the lottery. He'd win a bit here and there but no way he ever made that money back. I'm good.
