i am having problems with my Psk-75h skimmer. it is not skimming like it should be, its skimmer in small bursts. it isn’t flowing all in one motion, it looks like clouds when it’s coming out, it’s hard to explain. i’ve tried holding down the tube when starting and even after starting it. any advice (here’s some pictures to help) and i have had this for about a month and it was working perfectly fine till this week.

Yes i know it’s a HOB but that’s all I have the room for.

When I was running mine, I had to pinch the air intake closed while powering it on. I'd hold the hose till the water level rose into the neck of the cup and then release the hose. This would normally get it started. If it doesn't get a good siphon going through the intake pipe on start up it would just churn bubbles with little to no flow from the tank. Hope that makes sense!
