Euphyllia not opening

Can some help me identify what’s on this hammer and torch coral parameters are all good systems been running about a year now. All the other coral are good. These two coral will not open. Fist is the hammer it has something brown on the stem I’m able to scrape it off and within a day it’s back very strange. Than this torch will
Not open looks like it’s about to die any second pictures are attached. If someone can identify this I’d appreciate it. The first two pictures are the hair hammer the second two are the torch

its hard to tell from the pictures, but from the description of the first one, if the brown is near the flesh of the coral, it sounds like brown jelly disease. in that case, i'd recommend a dip in lugol's solution, which is basically an iodide dip. i don't recall the protocol, but the instructions should be on bottle or in the package.

euphyllia looks terrible when you pull it out of the water, I can't tell anything from those pictures. A picture in the water will help. How long have they been in your tank?

Ime, euphyillia like water with some nutrients, no3 > 5ppm, po4 > .1

The skeleton should be cleaner, perhaps algae is taking over.
Try a peroxide dip.

The hammer is driving me crazy thanks for the advice nutrients are good po is 0.05 no is 6 they been in the tank about 3 months. The hammer is growing like hair on the stem when I scrape it off it growns back in the water it looks fuzzy but what is that growing on the stem of the torch. I will take pictures of them in the water tonight when I get home
